What the firm handles
The firm represents people hurt by someone else’s carelessness: crashes involving cars, trucks, rideshare vehicles, motorcycles and pedestrians; falls and other injuries on another’s property; dog bites; claims against uninsured and underinsured drivers; and wrongful death. It hears every request for help. A matter it does not handle itself may be referred to, or handled jointly with, another lawyer or law firm, and you are told when that happens.
The firm works on a contingency fee: the fee is a percentage of what is recovered. If there is no recovery, you owe no attorney fee, but you may still be responsible for court costs and case expenses.
